Transgrancanaria HG – ExpoMeloneras will be a nerve centre until 2019

THE ORGANISERS OF THE TRANSGRANCANARIA HAVE REACHED AN AGREEMENT WITH THE OWNERS OF THE EXPOMELONERAS CONFERENCE CENTRE AND THE EVENT WILL EXTEND ITS STAY IN THE SOUTH, WITH THE FINISHING LINE RETURNING TO THE AREA AROUND THIS 14,000 -SQUARE METRE FACILITY WITH ITS STRIKING ARCHITECTURE AND ITS PERFECT LOCATION.

The runners themselves will be the greatest beneficiaries of the next few editions, as a major overhaul is underway to improve services: from the food court, to the showers, the check-in and the car park, which will be provided to make life easier for runners, friends and family.

The investment will also include galvanising the whole ExpoMeloneras area by creating an attractive event, not just for competitors, but also for the general public. More space with food courts and terraces at the finishing line, live music and other complementary services will round off this leisure opportunity.
