EXPOMELONERAS HAS BEEN WORKING FOR YEARS ON BRINGING CULTURE TO OUR ISLAND. TO THIS END, WE HAVE MADE A SPECIAL EFFORT TO ADAPT EXISTING SPACES TO THE NEEDS OF AN ORGANISER OF CULTURAL EVENTS.

WE HAVE AN AUDITORIUM WITH ENOUGH SEATING TO HOST CONCERTS, OPERA, BALLET, THEATRE, ETC.: LAS TIRAJANAS AUDITORIUM (794 SEATS).

WHATEVER YOU ARE PLANNING, WE CAN ADVISE AND SUPPORT YOU THROUGHOUT THE PLANNING AND THE EVENT ITSELF.

The “special pack” offered to use the Las Tirajanas Auditorium as a Roman theatre with seating capacity for 794 people costs €1,250 + 7 % IGIC per day and comprises:

  • Use of the auditorium for setting up on the days leading up to the event during regular ExpoMeloneras opening hours

  • Use of the auditorium the day before the concert for rehearsals during regular ExpoMeloneras opening hours

  • Use of the auditorium on the day of the event, with air-conditioning turned on one hour before the performance

  • Use of the specific technical facilities of the Auditorium for cultural events (ask for details)

  • Publicity on all our social media, on Facebook, Twitter and in our Lopesan Group Hotels

  • Registration of the event in entradas.com for on-line ticket sales

  • Box office on the day of the event in ExpoMeloneras one and a half hours prior to the event

N.B.:

  • A policy has to be issued guaranteeing public liability arising from the event. The contact details of the regular ExpoMeloneras supplier are as follows: MAPFRE – +34 928 386 210

Exclusivity issues:

  • Catering: ExpoMeloneras works exclusively with the company COOK&EVENT, and the organisers are obliged to hire these food and beverage services in the event that these are required.
  • Audio-visuals: ExpoMeloneras has an exclusive contract with the company Audiovisuales Canarias, and no other local company from this industry will be given access to the premises.
  • Sign Writing: ExpoMeloneras has an exclusive contract with the company Decodigital Canarias, whereby no other local company will be given access to the premises, nor will any other signage or sign writing outside of the conference centre that affects ExpoMeloneras provided by another company contracted by the client be allowed.
