Who is an ex conferencee?
Anyone taking part in conferences, meetings, symposia, conventions and incentive-travel events in any Lopesan Group establishment.
Conditions for applying discounts:
Discounts are applicable to all conferencees and +1s who have attended any conference at ExpoMeloneras or in the adjacent LOPESAN Group halls in the last two years. The discount will only be valid when the identity of the conferencee has been checked against the credentials or any other documentary proof of attendance at the Conference. Discounts will be applied at the check-in desk at the time of arrival, or at the time of purchasing the service or product.
- Discounts on bookings at LOPESAN Group or IFA Hotels must be made over the web site www.lopesan.com specifying that it is for an “Ex Conferencee” in the comments”
- Corallium shop products and treatments are excluded from the SPA discount
- The discount at AVIS is conditional on the booking being made on the web site www.avis.es, entering the promotional discount code (AWD) U077406
- Discounts at Lopesan Meloneras Golf will be applied at the golf club counter and can be added to the 25% discount available to IFA and LOPESAN guests
- Discounts at Maspalomas Golf are only applicable to bookings made over the web site www.maspalomasgolf.net
In the event of variation in the programme of offers and discounts, all reservations made prior to the modifications will be honoured.
