We offer the following services for your graduation:

Hire of the Auditorium for half a day (morning or afternoon)
The auditorium can seat 794 in the form of a Roman Theatre
Apart from the hall, you will have all its inherent services: projector, climate control, sound and image technicians, cleaning, etc.
Students will be seated in alphabetical order in the front rows of the hall and their relatives will have numbered seats, so each relative will have a reserved seat, regardless of when they arrive
Hostess service: Hostesses and ushers to organise the hall and to help events unfold

Protocol flowers and flags to decorate the stage
Graduation photographic pack comprising: a full recording of the Event (with editing), a range of photographs of the ceremony, group photo, etc.
Continual support and advice in the preparation of the graduation ceremony, including all necessary meetings and a rehearsal of the ceremony with the organising committee

N.B.:

Exclusivity issues:

Catering: ExpoMeloneras works exclusively with the company COOK&EVENT, and the organisers are obliged to hire these food and beverage services in the event that these are required.
Audio-visuals: ExpoMeloneras has an exclusive contract with the company Audiovisuales Canarias, and no other local company from this industry will be given access to the premises.
Sign Writing: ExpoMeloneras has an exclusive contract with the company Decodigital Canarias, whereby no other local company will be given access to the premises, nor will any other signage or sign writing outside of the conference centre that affects ExpoMeloneras provided by another company contracted by the client be allowed.
