Who is a Past Delegate?

A Past Delegate is any participant of congresses, meetings, symposiums, conventions, or incentive events who has attended any of the Lopesan Group establishments.

The discounts are valid for all delegates and their companions who have participated in any congress held at ExpoMeloneras or in the adjacent rooms of the Lopesan Group within the last two years. Their application is subject to verification of the delegate’s identity through a badge or any other document proving attendance at the congress. Discounts will be applied at the counter at check-in or when purchasing the relevant service or product.

For reservations at Lopesan Group hotels, discounts must be processed exclusively through www.lopesan.com, indicating in the remarks section that the booking is for a “Past Delegate”.

In the event that the offers and discounts programme is modified, reservations made prior to such changes will be honoured. It is recommended to make bookings in advance, as web prices are subject to change.
